If you already have a passport:

Check the expiration date on your passport. Make sure that it is valid for the time that you will be away plus the additional months that your destinations require. Most countries require that a passport is valid for 6 months beyond your return date. You should make photocopies of your picture page and keep a copy, along with 2 passport photos, in your carry-on luggage. Leave another copy at home with someone who can be easily contacted. It is easier to replace a lost passport if you have a copy of the document. Make sure that you have ample blank pages to enter the required visa stamps. Some countries require adjacent blank pages. If you lose your passport while traveling be sure to let your tour leader know immediately!

For resident alien and non-resident visa and passport information please check with the embassy of the each country that you are visiting for the accurate entry requirements, and the U.S. Immigration Service to verify that you have the correct documentation for re-entry to the U.S.

If Visas are required, we will let you know when you book your trip and give you further information about how to get them.
