Getting Started

Welcome! Please fasten your seat belts for your journey is about to begin! Your academic adventure is going to take your above and beyond. Our programs have been meticulously planned to have the best balance of symposia, adventure, and relaxation appropriate for your discriminating taste and specialized interests. For those spouses and friends joining you, we have planned experiences that will exceed their expectations too. Our programs are anything but “off the shelf”. Our staff is here ready and willing to help every step of the way!

Here are some steps to get started:

Where to go?

Select a destination that you have always wanted to experience. If you have questions about how strenuous the tours might be, its safety, etc., our staff is ready to chat with you to make sure you will be comfortable with your destination decision. There is always a PES staff person who has traveled to that destination and can discuss it with you. Don’t hesitate to ask questions since we love to talk about our exciting travel programs.

How long can you be gone?

Each program has a selection of pre- and post-tours for those who have the extra time and want to maximize their travel experience. We are knowledgeable destination experts and can discuss the pre- and post-programs with you. We can even design tailor-made experiences for individuals and family-size groups with sightseeing by private car or mini vans with your own personal driver/guides. We will do our best to accommodate and advise you if additional airfare or stopover charges might be necessary. PES always looks for the value added experience and one that is the most cost effective.

Do you want a brochure?

Although all itinerary details are on our web site for your perusal, feel free to request a hard copy of a brochure. Send us an email via the web site or pes@globaltracks.com or call us toll free: 877-737-7005.

How to register?

Most of our participants feel more comfortable phoning us to discuss the program and to register. However, registrations are accepted by mail or fax too. Make sure to check about cancellation fees. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Remember to apply for your passport early or, if you have a passport, make sure to check that it is valid for at least 6 months after the trip returns. Some destinations require at least two clean, adjacent, unused pages in your passport. We will advise you about any special circumstances or if a visa is required for a particular destination.
